Oat Banana Blueberry Muffin (No Sugar No Oil No Flour)

This was another one of the greatest discoveries ever for me! I mean no sugar no flour no oil, and yet a muffin – it’s absolutely genius!! I adopted this recipe from pinterest and the original was a banana oat muffin. I have made so many batches of it with so many different variations that I am obsessed with them. They can be your breakfast muffins or even that afternoon snack that we all crave for! I can’t wait to go back to India to bake a batch with my mom 🙂

Stuffed Cucumbers w/ Minty filling

Summer is almost here!! And cucumbers are so perfect for that source of Vitamin C that we keep talking about. Ok.. time to introduce yet another favorite of mine, actually ours – my boyfriend and I love to indulge on yogurt. And we can pretty much have it everyday with anything, and one of us has to literally intervene and close the yogurt tub to stop!
