
A sweet, healthy and yummy smoothie perfect for your breakfast or just for a snack – this smoothie packs all the colorful goodies together including fresh fruit, greek yogurt and my favorite, almonds. Both almonds and blueberries are known to improve memory function, and the amazing strawberry-raspberry combo helps keep your heart healthy, thus making this smoothie an amazing start of your day! Sluuuurp!!
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup raspberries
1/3 cup strawberries, cut into chunks if bigger
few crushed almonds
1/2 cup greek vanilla yogurt (I used Chobani, but you can use any greek yogurt)
1 tbsp honey, or to taste
A few ice cubes (optional)
LETS BLEND
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smoothened. Divide into two portions.
Garnish with a few strawberries (optional).
