
A fresh new fuzzy green ball made its way to my blender very recently and I have been pleasantly surprised by the exotic fruit. From what I know today, kiwis help in your digestion, manage blood pressure, boost your immunity, and guess what, they also contribute to a glowing skin!! Healthy as well as beautiful skin you say – I am sold!! The mint leaves provide the freshness that I was looking for and together with the energy booster bananas, my morning is all set, what about you?? Sluuuurp!!
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
1-2 big handful baby spinach
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
few strands of mint leaves (to taste)
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup filtered water
A few ice cubes, optional
LETS BLEND
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smoothened. Divide into two portions.
Garnish with some mint leaves (optional)
